The Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) 46th annual conference will commence tomorrow at the Congress Hall, Transcorp Hotel, Maitama, Abuja

The conference with the theme: ‘City Growth: Issues and Challenges of Urban Sustainability in Nigeria’ will bring together practitioners and experts in the real estate sector. The Special guest is the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Muhammad Musa Bello while the Minister of Power, Works and Housing will present the keynote address.

Highlights of the programme includes FIABCI Nigeria cocktail on April 15 at the Transcorp Hilton Hotel. The Managing Director Taf Africa, Mr. Mustapha Njie will be special guest at the forum as part of the launch of the campaign for affordable housing in Nigeria.

He will endorse the slogan the city we need is affordable. The General Secretary of the group, Mr. Gbenga Ismail said that the occasion would afford real estate professionals to network and discuss opportunities available to find solutions on affordable housing.
