Efforts at making prospective house owners actualize their dream of living in an environment that has right the ambiance, serenity and class may soon become a reality, if a new concept being anchored by a private developer is anything to go by.
The initiative christened “Royal Residence “ which sits on a 10 acres land at Eluju town ,Ibeju –Lekki Local government area of Lagos State aims at providing this dream environment without having to pay a premium ,hence the slogan ”transforming dreams to reality “ .
The new estate being developed by Obika Realtors Ltd , a real estate development firm is strategically situated in the local government area encompassing the Lekki Free Trade Zone area of Lagos State
The estate with about 54 serviced plots is zoned into five areas; detached zone, semi – detached zone, terraced zone, recreational & commercial zones with the mindset of achieving a certain level of uniformity and ambiance .
The Managing Director of Obika Realtors, Mrs. Ekamma Ufot said the company will be providing basic infrastructures and services within the estate such as roads ,drainages ,electricity ,water ,security as well as effective facility management of the sprawling residences .
According to her ,there are 54 plots in all in the estate with 20 for allocation in the first phase and a subscriber can purchase up to 4 plots as long as it can be developed within a maximum of 5 years .
She told scores of subscribers and stakeholders that witnessed the impressive first phase allocation and turning of the soil for the exquisite infrastructure in the estate that a Deed of Assignment would be given to all beneficiaries when complete payment have been made and title on the said plots transferred to them with the property being excised .

Another subscriber, Managing Director, Cordros Capital, Wale Agbeyangi lauded the scheme even as he expressed shock on the extent of work on the estate which had gone far in terms of promised infrastructure and lay out.
