Akinola Olawore, a chartered surveyor and valuer of repute with over 30 years experience has been sworn as the President of British Nigeria Chamber of Commerce.
Olawore had at various times in his career led several teams on valuation of Heavy Industries such as Oil and Gas Installations, Breweries, Pharmaceutical Industries and Heritage Properties.
He had been Director on the Global Valuation Standard Setting Organization- International Valuation Standards Committee as well President of the International Real Estate Society. A widely traveled professional who has been engaged in multinational research and collaborative professional work for foreign Investors.
He is a Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers;, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (UK) and Certified Auctioneers Institute of Nigeria respectively, member of the Nigerian Institute of Management Chartered, Association of Project managers etc.
He is an adjunct Professor of Real Estate at the Homburg Academy, Charlotte Town, Canada and an affiliate Partner of International Realty Valuation Inc San Diego, USA.
