Yusuf Salisu’s boys looked to be heading out of the competition, after Vladimir Va scored for the Angolans. But Anthony Okpotu’s goal sent the game into extra time.

This is the second time the home-based Eagles will be making it to the semi-final, since their debut in 2014 in South Africa where they finished third.
They will now take on Sudan in the last four.
