The founder/ Chairman, Eximia Realty, Mr. Hakeem Ogunniran has announced a new joint venture with LSDPC for “Maestroville”- a bouque of residential dwelling units located in Lekki by Abraham Adesanya Estate. The company plans to move to site in January 2024 with partners – Copen Nig Ltd, Architect Design Centre, Project Costs Ltd, Debour Nig Ltd, LANS Consult and others.
