The Klieg lights dwelt over the real estate horizon as the occasion presented itself once again for the recognition of landmark achievements and excellent performances in the sector.
Prominent individual and corporate players took to the honours stage to receive Awards in different categories at the Real Estate Unite organized by 3-Invest Limited. It was exclusively a night for real estate, according to the CEO of 3Invest Ltd, Ms Ruth Obih. The Awards Night was preceded with a Conference that had several distinguished speakers who dwelt on real estate matters.
Remarkably, Haven Homes the nation’s connoisseur of exquisite lifestyle living showed it was not a fluke it won the Award last year by emerging and retaining the most Affordable Developer of the Year.
There were 12 Award categories, amongst which are ‘The Best Residential Development Award’, ‘The Developer of the Year Award’, and ‘The Affordable Development of the Year Award’. Haven Homes emerged the only company to have nominations in 3 categories out of the 12 before emerging the ultimate winner in the ‘Affordable Development of the Year Category. This same feat was also achieved last year at the prestigious event which had in attendance the then Lagos State Governor, Babajide Raji Fashola, SAN. Amongst other awards given out this year is The Real Estate Person of the Year, a wholly individual recognition Award which went to Mr. Jim Ovia.

The Assistant General Manager, Ufuoma Ukueku, collected this award in her acceptance speech thanked God Almighty for His grace and also commended the organizers of the event, 3Invest Ltd, for promoting excellence within the real estate industry. In a separate interview, Ufuoma couldn’t be more elated about the Award: ‘’The simple fact that we retained the Award that we won last year should convince anyone that we are truly the most affordable as far as luxury accommodation is concerned. Don’t forget that there are hundreds of other corporate players in that field and we were singled out in a very fair and transparent process and by very credible Award Institution in the real estate genre’’. Ukueku added that the Award would definitely encourage and motivate them to do greater things and attain higher heights in the days and years ahead.
