Prospective home owners in Benin city, Edo state, who desire to live in a serene, quiet and secure environment are in for a good deal with the unveiling of Goshen Garden City, a well-conceived and thought out self-sustained housing estate for the high and medium income groups modeled after the likes of Victoria Garden City in Lagos and the well laid out Sun City in South Africa.

Visit to the estate at the weekend revealed that 21 units of the bungalows have been fully completed and ready for occupation, five units at roofing stage while 14 units are under construction.
The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Prucriz Property & Investment Ltd, a real estate development firm that is developing and promoting the estate, Mr. Chris Ebbihi, said the first set of residents in the estate will move in this June, pointing out that “This is an opportunity we are offering to give you the privilege of living in a serene and secure environment now and in the foreseeable future.
Ebbihi who disclosed that each unit of the houses is built on 450 square metres, added that each unit is expected to have a low fence apartment from the perimeter fencing which will be completed before June which first set of residents will take possession of their houses.
Prucriz boss who said his firm is in partnership with Delta Trust Mortgage Bank for the funding of the project, noted that there is mortgage facility for those who want to facilitate their purchases through mortgage arrangement, pointing out that there is also an arrangement for payment by instalment. He said the cost of a unit of the bungalows is N10 million.
According to him, “ There is flexible payment plan and access to mortgage facility. The first batch of subscribers will be moving into the newly competed 21 housing units by June. Facilities in the estate include well tarred road network, health care complex, shopping mall, water supply, sewage treatment plants, police station\CCTV, recreational centre, standby 33 KVA power generator for uninterrupted power supply and 24 hours security”.
