A group of developers has concluded plans for a topping up ceremony for a 12-storey Grade A office space located at 33A Alfred Rewane Road (formerly Kingsway Road), Ikoyi in Lagos, which on completion will  redefine office’ working environment.

The planet friendly development, which is being promoted by Edimara Properties Limited, was midwifed between African Capital Alliance (ACA) and Samges Investments Limited.

Recently, the developers undertook the ground breaking of the commercial space, planned for delivery within two years.
According to Project Executive, Mr. Godfrey Mitchell, “the building will be built on twelve levels and will incorporate smart technology and green, sustainable features in its building management system and services.
He continued: “A high performance glass curtain wall and contemporary interior finishes will be designed for ease of maintenance. “Security and access control systems will be given top priority; yet, will remain user-friendly for tenants and visitors. “Finally, a circular traffic management system will enhance safety and accessibility to and within the building, which has a four floor car park. The project is expected to be delivered in 18 months and will deliver relatively low occupancy costs to its tenants. One third of its occupancy has already committed to tenants,” he said.
The project, which is executed by a team of consultants including Greenhouse Inc. Limited and EQ3 as Project Managers; Ngonyama Okpanum and Associates, Architects; Civil and Structural Engineers are Arup and Kunle Ogunbayo Associates takes on Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
Project and Regulatory Consultants is Natuhab and HOS Consult Limited is the Quantity Surveying firm on the development. The main building contractor is BCL Limited.
