Foremost cement producer, Lafarge Africa Plc has appointed Michel Puchercos as a director and the new group managing director/Cgeif executive officer .
He will resume on April 1, 2016. Pucheros who joined Lafarge some 18 years ago as Director of Strategy and Information Systems in the Gypsum division, moved to the Cement Division as Director of Cement Strategy in 2003.
He was appointment Managing Director to Bamburi Cement in September 2005 till 2009.
He will vacate his seat as President and CEO of Lafarge South Korea Japan to drive the operations of Lafarge Africa Plc come April 1, 2016.
